Sankalpa is a yogic way to discover an intention. The word Sankalpa in Sanskrit consists of two words; ”San” means connection with the purest formor the highest truth and ”Kalpa” means intention, will, and resolution. This Sankalpa practice is deeper than setting an intention based on your desired outcome. Instead, you tap into your conscious mind, connect with divine energy, and discover your Sankalpa that aligns with your true purpose. The powerful practice helps you to feel awakened, and you will have the clarity to live the life that you are meant to live.

In the workshop, you are guided to practice breathing exercises, pre-meditative asana, restorative yoga, mudra, yantra, meditation, and re-grounding practice to embed the seed of intention deeply into your being. Everyone is welcome! Space is limited to respect your personal space.
